One on One training. Anywhere from 40-50 minutes long. Meal plan and exercise program included. 1 session - $50+tax 12 sessions - $600+tax 20 sessions - $950+tax
Group Sessions/Classes
Triple Threat Training:
$145 for 12 classes a month
$125 for 10 classes a month
$110 for 8 classes a month
Strength training, bootcamp style, circuits, tabata, kettlebells, TRX, cardio and abs. Classes take place at SETS Fitness Centre Sept. through June. Triple Threat Training: Mondays at 7pm - Upper Body Wednesdays at 7pm-Legs
Partner Training
Buddy/Couples training. 45 minutes per session. Exercise program to share and meal guideline included. 1 session - $50 ($25 each) 12 sessions - $600 ($300 each)
Individual programs & plans
Individual workout/exercise and nutritional plans customized to client.. Exercise Program - $100+tax Meal Plan - $100+tax
